All qualifiers have to meet conditions that identify their income level, thier background, the property they own is buildable and meets current zoning regulations, as well as other qualifications.
We strive to help people that fall below the qualifications of other assistance programs. We truly are the last hope for these people.
We desire that no one end up homeless who is capable of assisting in the building of their own home, or they have an income source that can help with some of the building materials, or are disabled and have little income.
